Punjab Examination Commission is an independant body system by the Government of the Punjab to aproach and examine students’ learning attainment specifically of grade 5 and 8. PEC started functioning in 2005 and in 2006 conducted 5th and 8th grade population examination for the first time in the Province. Now PEC is a legal body working under Punjab Examination Commission Act XI of 2010.
